The company was formed with UK businessmen and directors of the Chinese-based manufacturer, Anshan Jingu Electric Appliances Co Ltd.

Anshan Jingu Electric Appliances is recognised internationally for designing innovate lighting solutions for a wide variety of locations. Their products, manufactured at their 60,000 square-metre site, hav e been installed in many cities throughout the world as well as the major population centres in China, including Bejing, Dalian, Shenzen, Shanghai, Zhuhai and Guangzhou.
